Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations for Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. Key responsibilities include fielding inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the luxury automotive market and customer expectations to deliver an exceptional sales experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Training abilities to stay updated on product knowledge and enhance performance through learning opportunities. Knowledge of the luxury automotive market and a passion for high-performance vehicles is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
