Job Summary:

Offline Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients in

  HORECA

  and

  Modern Trade

  channels.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability at all assigned outlets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

  and ensure growth in assigned territories.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store branding, activation, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, collections, and market feedback.
• Ensure proper execution of trade schemes and incentives.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and collect customer insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience

  in offline sales, preferably in

  FMCG / Food & Beverage / Consumer Goods

  .
• Strong understanding of

  HORECA and Modern Trade operations

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
