Role Snapshot

Own revenue for West and South India—prospect, pitch, close, repeat. You’ll build a pipeline across architects, interior designers, builders, luxury retailers, and HNI homeowners while driving showroom footfall and project conversions.

What you’ll do

• Hunt & close: weekly discovery meetings, product demos, and site visits
• Grow the ecosystem: onboard architects / Interior Design partners, manage key accounts, chase specs to PO
• Pipeline hygiene: accurate forecasts, weekly reports
• Market intel: competitor tracking, pricing feedback, and playbook improvements
• Experience curation: ensure 5-star showroom and post-sales experience

Must-haves

• 4–6 years experience in luxury interiors / lighting / home decor sales
• Strong network with architects / Interior Designer's; confident presenter (English + Hindi / Marathi)
• Negotiation finesse and target obsession
• Willingness to travel locally

Nice-to-have

• Project sales exposure (residential + hospitality)
• Design sensibility and eye for detail
• Great Networking Skills
