Role Overview The BDE will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with our community, ensuring seamless engagement, and driving growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has proven experience in people and sales management. Key Responsibilities Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community members across platforms to build trust and relationships. Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their queries and feedback promptly. Event and Campaign Management: Plan, organize, and execute community-driven events (online and offline) to strengthen relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and campaigns, ensuring high participation rates. Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities within the community to generate leads and drive sales growth. Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with DigiNadu’s goals. Global Market Exposure: Leverage global market insights to cater to the needs of a diverse and multicultural audience. Develop strategies to connect community members with global experts in 12+ countries. Content Creation and Communication: Work closely with the content team to deliver engaging and value-driven communications to the community. Ensure all communication reflects DigiNadu’s values and vision. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics (e.g., engagement, satisfaction levels) and prepare regular reports for management. Suggest and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics. Key Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in people management, sales management, or a similar role. Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and event planning abilities. Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools. Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on relationship-building. Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making. Soft Skills: Passionate about helping people. Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
