Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training sessions, and ensuring effective sales management. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting sales targets, generating leads, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Specialized In

1. Identify, prospect, and engage with Hospitals, Real Estate, restaurants, cafes, and large hotel chains to set up EV charging stations.
2. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel owners, general managers, and F&B directors.
3. Pitch EV charging solutions, conduct business presentations, and close commercial agreements.
4. Build long-term partnerships with hospitality brands for sustainable growth.
5. Track competitor activity and market trends in the hospitality + EV charging space.
6. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and partnership targets.
7. Strong existing connections with hotel groups, restaurant associations, and hospitality decision-makers.
