Sales Specialist

AvenPing is a fast-growing SaaS startup helping businesses automate WhatsApp marketing, customer communication, and lead management. We are looking for experienced field sales professionals with a proven track record onboarding restaurants, hotels, gyms, salons, and SMBs for platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, OYO, MakeMyTrip, Paytm, JustDial, IndiaMART, MagicBricks, UrbanClap, HouseJoy, or telecom B2B services.

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard local businesses (restaurants, hotels, gyms, salons, real estate agencies, marketing agencies, etc.) to AvenPing

• Conduct live demos and explain pricing plans (Monthly & Yearly)

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding & revenue targets

• Maintain client relationships and ensure renewals

• Report daily visits and closures via CRM

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of field sales / onboarding experience in restaurants, hotels, or SMB SaaS/digital platforms

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Smartphone & two-wheeler for local travel

• Immediate joiner preferred

Compensation & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary, Commission, Performance Bonus per month for exceeding targets
