Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Haute Silver Jewels PVT LTD located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and handling sales transactions. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, offering product recommendations, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also assist with training new sales staff and managing sales activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
