Sales Service Representative

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends in HR management. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new business, which includes activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, presentations, and customized solution proposals is crucial. Extensive travel across Chhattisgarh will be required to meet prospects, conduct demos, and close deals. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while tracking performance metrics. Additionally, you will prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to highlight business opportunities and achievements. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh; must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. As a Business Development Executive in this field-based role, you will need exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local Chhattisgarh dialects is a plus. A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships is essential. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) is required. You should be self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach are also important.
