Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Representative who will play a key role in growing Harvvest’s community of learners. You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their goals, explaining our courses, and guiding them to the right learning path.



Key Responsibilities:

-Actively engage with leads (in-person, via calls, and messages) to explain Harvvest’s programs and offerings.

-Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses.

-Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

-Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or internal tools.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

-Represent Harvvest professionally during seminars, workshops, and college events.

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

-Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree (any stream; Marketing/Finance preferred).

-1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (education sector preferred).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to build trust and connect with people across different age groups.

-Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.

-Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus (training will be provided).

-Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.



Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Financial Concepts such as Investing, Trading, and Hedging
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Conduct Product Demonstrations and Assist with Account Setup
  • Basic knowledge of Educational Platforms
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
