Company Description International Exchange Center (IEC) helps students and young professionals gain global experience through diverse programs such as Work & Travel USA, internships, and e-learning. Role Description We’re seeking a representative in India to promote programs, recruit participants, and support them through applications and visa preparation. This is a commission-based role, where commission is earned for each successfully recruited participant that departs for their exchange program. What you’ll do Promote IEC programs to students via events, campus outreach, and partnerships. Recruit and guide applicants through the process (applications, documents, visa prep). Coordinate with IEC and participants to ensure a smooth journey from sign-up to departure. Qualifications we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Based in India with strong ties to student communities. Languages: good English; local language (Hindi) required. Prior experience in exchange programs and knowledge (as a participant or organizer) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills. Proactive about building partnerships. Previous experience in a similar role or in the education sector is a plus. Hope to hear from you soon!
