Role Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring brand visibility in the assigned territory. You will play a key role in executing our go-to-market strategy, achieving sales targets, and growing our market share. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and merchandising initiatives. Ensure product availability and visibility at the point of sale. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely delivery. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailer & in the cooperation market (wherever applicable) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in AlcoBev industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
