Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions/products/services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals successfully. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C as per industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
