Position Overview

Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads for exhibitions and conference properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers.
• Present and pitch exhibition participation opportunities to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client communication records.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 6+ years of experience in sales.
• Experience in

  real estate, construction, home décor

  , or

  event & exhibition industry

  is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
