Sales Role

You should be a dynamic individual with a background in sales, particularly in the steel and cement industry. Your primary responsibilities will include expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. It is essential that you are proficient in marketing and have experience in B2B and B2C sales in construction materials such as iron & steel bars and cement. Your duties will involve prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other methods to generate interest from potential clients. You will need to cold call the market to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, identify potential clients, and establish relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up meetings between client decision-makers and company leaders. As part of the sales team, you will be required to plan approaches and pitches, collaborate with the team to develop proposals tailored to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives, and lead proposal efforts. You will also assist in pricing the solutions or services required by clients and address any objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working towards a positive resolution while maintaining a professional image that reflects the client's expectations. Furthermore, you will attend industry functions such as association events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and provide feedback on creative strategies. Using your knowledge of the market and competitors, you will be expected to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
