Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients, including schools and corporate entities, to generate new business opportunities in designated area.
  • Conduct market research to understand the specific uniform requirements and preferences of potential clients.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the uniform products offered, including fabric types, design options, and customization possibilities.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing your company's uniforms, addressing client concerns and providing solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, companies, and organizations.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Customization Consultation:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique uniform needs and preferences.
  • Provide guidance on customization options, helping clients create a cohesive and distinctive look for their students or employees.
  • Order Processing and Logistics:
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist clients in managing their uniform orders efficiently.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Daily sales report submission

Qualifications:

  • Prime interest in sales, preferably in the apparel or uniform industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of the educational and corporate sectors.
  • Knowledge of uniform fabrics, styles, and customization options.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: A diploma in textile diploma (DMTT/DMTC/DKT)/Diploma in Apparel Merchandising.
  • Travel: Travel may be required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
