Job Description:- Sales Executives are responsible for generating leads and coverting leads to customer. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately as per client requirements. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails. Organizing site visits for prospective customers. Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project. Job Responsibilities:- Lead generation through digital and traditional marketing Converting leads to customer Market properties effectively through various digital and Catlalogue channels to attract interested buyers. Calling and following up with the leads to convert the leads to customer Helping customer for agreement , loan processing and for other different transaction Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly. Organizing site visits for prospective customers Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project. Manage social media presence
