Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Promote and disseminate clinical information on oncology diagnostic tests to healthcare professionals.
Achieve sales growth and exceed territory sales targets.
Develop and execute territory business plans based on market trends and analysis.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, patients, and Advance Medilinks customer service team for logistics and support.
Provide scientific and economic insights to healthcare institutions and oncology practices.
Enhance the companys visibility and reputation in leading cancer centres and academic institutions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional colleagues.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.)
Preference will be given to candidates with
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

2–4 years of experience in oncology or diagnostic sales.
MBA / Master’s degree preferred.
Strong scientific understanding and ability to explain complex clinical studies.
Proven sales success and leadership record.
Strategic thinking and account-based selling approach.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Adaptability to new products and disease areas.
Demonstrated job stability (minimum 1 role held for 2–4 years).
