Main Purpose:
To create value for Orants Product Basket with the objective of increasing market share and revenue in your defined territory.
To provide technical promotion/support for products represented & distributed by Orants to Industrial customers.
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs
• Provide product demonstrations and application support
• Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams
• Deliver hands-on solutions that drive success

• Should be used to adapt various processes like; sales process, territory planning, forecasting, and adding new customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support & Solutions:
o Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to
customers.
o Assist customers with installation, configuration,
troubleshooting, and product optimization.
o Ensure constant interaction with Clientele on project-based activity and help the customers with a Orants product Basket.
2. Sales & Business Development:
o Identify potential clients and develop new business
opportunities.
o Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
o Act as a key point of contact for all customer technical
and commercial needs.
4. Field Visits:
o Minimum 15-20 days of travel per month to visit customers,
provide technical support, and promote product sales.
o Prepare visit reports and maintain records of customer
interactions.
5. Product Training & Demonstration:
o Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and
presentations to customers and channel partners.
6. Target Achievement:
o Achieve an annual sales target set by management.
o Consistently work towards expanding the customer base and
driving revenue growth.
7. Market Feedback & Reporting:
o Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and
customer feedback to the management.
o Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
