Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing and Bench Sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong vendor/candidate network, and the ability to work independently in a C2C and W2 environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and marketing of bench candidates while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions on W2/C2C.
Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.Handle complete life cycle of recruitment from requirement gathering, screening, submissions, follow-ups, to closures.Understand the client requirements and effectively present matching candidates.Negotiate rate/salary and finalize the terms of employment with candidates and vendors.Maintain accurate documentation and submission tracker daily.Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social platforms (LinkedIn), and internal databases effectively.Stay up to date with the latest market trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

✔ Excellent spoken and written communication skills
✔ Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology✔ Experience working on C2C, W2, 1099 hiring models
✔ Hands-on experience with Bench Sales and marketing OPT, H1B, GC, USC consultants
✔ Familiar with VMS systems and ATS tools✔ Experience with vendor management and candidate relationship management
✔ Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently during night shifts

Nice to Have:

Prior experience working in an MBA-level professional environment
Familiarity with US tax terms, visa types, and compliance
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
