Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, EAD, USC, etc.) and placing them with direct clients or implementation partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network in the staffing domain, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market available consultants (bench candidates) to clients, vendors, and prime vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Submit resumes to clients for contract and full-time positions.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and ensure high conversion ratios.
• Maintain daily/weekly submission and interview trackers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Keep consultants updated on job opportunities and marketing strategies.
• Regularly update and manage the internal database of candidates and requirements.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing).
• Good understanding of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with vendors and end clients.
• Proficiency in using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in the night shift (US timings).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Shift Timings: Night Shift (US EST hours)

Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹18,900.00 - ₹28,492.67 per month
