Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Recruiter, based in Hyderabad, India. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top sales talent. This role also involves managing candidate pipelines, establishing partnerships with hiring managers, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in achieving both recruitment and business development goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring processes and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Knowledge of the sales industry and a proven track record of recruiting top-tier sales professionals
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
