Role Overview

Satistaff Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter – Sales who will be responsible for client acquisition, requirement generation, and recruitment delivery. This role combines sales, business development, and recruitment, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to generate staffing opportunities across industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify and connect with companies across industries to understand their hiring needs.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
  • Pitch Satistaff Solutions’ recruitment services and convert leads into active clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and decision-makers.

2. Requirement Gathering

  • Understand client staffing requirements including job roles, skill sets, experience levels, and timelines.
  • Share accurate job requirements internally and ensure clarity on client expectations.

3. Recruitment Delivery

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Follow up for feedback, offers, and closures.

4. Follow-ups & Closures

  • Regularly follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and deal closures.
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership from requirement generation to successful placement.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain records of client interactions, open positions, and candidate status.
  • Share daily/weekly activity and performance updates with the reporting manager.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle both sales and recruitment responsibilities.
  • Confident in cold calling and client interaction.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA/HR/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing sales, or business development.
  • Experience in handling multiple industries and job roles will be an added advantage.

Performance Metrics

  • Number of client leads generated.
  • Active requirements received.
  • Closures and revenue generated.
  • Recruitment turnaround time and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
