As a Relationship Manager (Field Recruitment) at Linquest Global Consulting Private Limited in Kolkata, your role will involve identifying and sourcing eligible candidates for delivery partner positions in the e-commerce sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Candidate Sourcing: Identify, source, and screen potential candidates for delivery partner roles. - Coordination with Hiring Manager: Work closely with the hiring manager to understand recruitment needs and fulfill bulk hiring requirements. - Bulk Hiring: Manage large-scale recruitment for delivery partners to meet internal hiring targets. - Target Achievement: Exceed recruitment targets by maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates and conducting interviews. - Field Recruitment: Engage in field-based recruitment activities to attract and recruit eligible individuals. - Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for eligibility and skills for delivery partner roles. - Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all candidate documentation complies with company standards. - Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and achievements. - Feedback Management: Gather feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment process. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in field recruitment or Financial sales roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets. - Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms. - Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
