Real Estate Sales Executive

About The Opportunity

A dynamic role in the residential and commercial real estate sales sector serving buyers, investors and developers across India. This on-site sales position focuses on property marketing, client acquisition, and closing high-value transactions for new developments, resale inventory and commercial leasing. We seek a results-driven field salesperson who thrives in a target-oriented environment and can manage end-to-end sales cycles.Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify and convert leads into buyers or tenants through cold outreach, referrals and walk-ins—build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct on-site property tours, deliver compelling presentations, and demonstrate features to align solutions with client needs.
  • Negotiate offers, manage price discussions, draft memoranda of understanding and drive deals to timely closures while protecting margin.
  • Coordinate with operations, legal and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation, RERA compliance and handover processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, update pipeline metrics, and produce weekly sales reports and forecasts against targets.
  • Represent the company at property launches, local events and client meetings to build brand visibility and referral networks.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 2+ years of proven on-site real estate sales experience (residential or commercial) in India with demonstrable track record of closures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills; comfortable with door-to-door, site visits and face-to-face client interactions.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation, basic RERA processes and property transfer/lease paperwork.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, MS Excel and pipeline reporting; goal-oriented with ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Preferred

  • Existing local network of buyers, brokers and corporate clients in the assigned territory.
  • Experience with new-launch sales, brokerage models or developer-side sales operations.
