Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Bhopal. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting sales presentations, and generating innovative strategies to expand the company’s customer base. Collaboration with internal teams to understand project needs and ensuring client satisfaction are integral to this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Strategic thinking and market analysis skills for identifying opportunities and developing sales strategies
Familiarity with the construction industry or infrastructure projects is advantageous
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, and other relevant tools
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and possess a willingness to travel as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with MBA in Marketing arketing / Finance is preferred
