Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Borivali. The role involves identifying and pursuing potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable financial products and services. The Sales Professional will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer solutions.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote and sell financial products
• Customer service and relationship management abilities to build long-lasting client partnerships
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for understanding customer needs and providing customized solutions
• Marketing knowledge coupled with communication and presentation skills to engage potential clients
• Self-motivation, time management, and goal orientation to meet sales targets effectively
• Prior experience in financial services or sales roles is highly advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficiency in regional languages and/or Hindi is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
