Job Description – Sales Planner (Microfranchise)

1. Position Overview

Eurocert is seeking a proactive and analytical Sales Planner (Microfranchise) to join our team immediately. The Sales Planner will play a crucial role in planning, tracking, and optimizing sales activities across microfranchise units. This role requires strong coordination, data analysis, and communication skills to support business growth and ensure effective sales performance monitoring.

2. Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Support the creation and rollout of microfranchise sales initiatives.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Analyse sales data, trends, and deviations to highlight areas requiring attention.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management with actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, dashboards, and trackers.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with microfranchise partners to ensure adherence to sales targets.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the franchise network.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between franchise owners and company leadership.

Process & Performance Improvement

  • Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for microfranchise sales operations.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.

3. Qualifications & Skills
Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

Professional Experience

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales planning, sales monitoring, or direct sales roles.
  • Prior experience working with franchise or microfranchise networks is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
  • Ability to work with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting techniques.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
