Training Counsellor or Training Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements. 2. Design and develop customized training solutions to meet Trainee needs. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Students, understanding their needs and preferences. 4. Evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and making improvements. 5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's revenue . 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 7. Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. 8. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 9. Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and pitches to win new business. 10. Work closely with internal teams, including training, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective delivery. Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Training Experience: Proven experience in training and development. 3. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
