Lead handling Specialist

Job Description

1. Identify and handle leads via lead generating platform like - indiamart, justdial, etc. 2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, such as interest, budget, and decision-making authority. 3. Build relationships with leads through regular communication, providing value, and addressing concerns. 4. Track lead progress, analyze lead data, and provide insights to improve lead generation and conversion processes. 5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and to provide feedback on lead quality. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, ensuring data quality and integrity.
