Job Description

Business Growth 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in information security. 2. Develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships. 3. Drive revenue growth through new sales and upselling/cross-selling. Market Analysis 1. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors. 2. Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product/service development. 3. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies. Sales and Account Management 1. Develop and manage relationships with key customers and partners. 2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and outreach. 3. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. Solution Development 1. Collaborate with product development teams to create solutions that meet customer needs. 2. Provide input on product roadmap and feature development. 3. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and customer requirements. Partnerships and Collaborations 1. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance offerings. 2. Collaborate with other business units to leverage opportunities. 3. Build relationships with industry partners and vendors. Marketing and Promotion 1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote information security solutions. 2. Create and disseminate marketing materials, such as case studies and whitepapers. 3. Leverage digital channels to reach target audiences. Customer Relationship Management 1. Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions. 3. Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs.
