Role Overview

Sales Partner

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Proactively identify and generate leads within the international market using various channels such as networking, online research, social media outreach, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement:

    Reach out to potential clients, explain the value and benefits of our digital marketing and career services, and tailor your approach based on client needs.
  • Sales Process Management:

    Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact and follow-ups to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Relationship Building:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics aimed at increasing client acquisition and revenue growth in the target international markets.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and to provide feedback that can improve service delivery and sales materials.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in company CRM or tracking tools.
  • Growth Opportunity:

    Demonstrate consistent sales performance to become eligible for a

    Co-Founder role

    with equity participation, offering a stake in the company’s future growth and success.
