Sales Operations Specialist

• Support day-to-day sales operations and customer success processes.
• Analyze sales data, create reports, dashboards, and presentations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams for operational efficiency.
• Maintain product and customer master data and serve as a key point of contact for sales/customer communications.
• Engage proactively with customers to drive satisfaction, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze sales and customer data to support decision-making.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies and initiatives to meet revenue targets.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives on tools and processes.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

🔧 Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Success, or related roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing terminology preferred.
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, PPT)

  ; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and process management skills.
• Self-starter, innovative, and detail-oriented.
• MBA preferred; graduate degree required.
