Job Description

As the Salesforce Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Own the Salesforce input and review of prospect, opportunity, and customer data with strong attention to detail - Support Business Development leaders with reporting and ad hoc requests - Support other data entry to ensure accurate pipeline & overall data hygiene - Salesforce Reporting & Dashboard creation & maintenance - Handle all basic administrative Salesforce functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks to continually monitor data quality and integrity - Create training and user documentation and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added and assist with training end users. Qualifications required for this role: - Data-driven; analytical, organized and detail oriented - Strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work independently, and motivation to continually learn and improve - Tech-savvy individual with ability to pick up new technologies quickly - Desire to grow personally and professionally - Desire to help Trinity grow by thinking critically, asking questions, and helping Trinity automate many legacy systems & processes,
