About The Role

Skill required: Sales Support - Sales Enablement

Designation: Sales Operations Senior Analyst

Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:5 to 8 years

What would you do? "- Proven experience of 5+ yrs. in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets.

Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices

Has a good understanding of the Order management operations which includes, order booking, billing, invoicing, order adjustments, revenue accruals reporting

Experience with ERPs systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse partners

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and provide effective solutions

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and ticketing systems

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team"- Expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools and technology.

Result oriented leader managing teams of 20+ HC working in remote and hybrid environment.

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture

You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments

Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others

In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
