Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Supporting the sales for License , training , pricing , budgeting and negotiation - Backend support Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.
What are we looking for
Technical & Functional Skills Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, opportunity lifecycle, and forecasting models Hands-on experience with CRM systems Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot (stage updates, pipeline hygiene, reporting) Proficiency in pipeline analytics, forecasting, and revenue modelling Ability to build and interpret dashboards in Power BI / Tableau / CRM-native tools Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis) Knowledge of sales governance, stage definitions, and exit criteria Experience in data validation, pipeline audits, and opportunity quality checks Analytical & Business Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to identify pipeline gaps, risks, and upside opportunities Comfort working with large datasets and spotting inconsistencies Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work with Sales Leaders, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment Experience facilitating pipeline calls, governance reviews, and cadence meetings Process & Execution Skills Ability to enforce CRM hygiene and governance Process-oriented mindset with capability to improve workflows Ability to manage ambiguity and bring clarity to evolving processes Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to meet tight timelines - Ability to establish strong client relationship - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Adaptable and flexible - Collaboration and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1. Opportunity Management
- Monitor the creation, progression, and closure of opportunities within CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar).
- Ensure opportunity stages, amounts, timelines, and probability are kept accurate and updated.
- Validate data quality and enforce governance standards across all opportunities.
- Review stalled or aging opportunities and work with sales teams to remediate gaps. ________________________________________ 2. Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with Sales Leaders.
- Prepare pipeline health dashboards and highlight variances, risks, upside, and dependencies.
- Identify pipeline gaps and recommend actions to improve coverage.
- Support monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles with accurate data insights. ________________________________________ 3. Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline KPIs (coverage ratio, stage progression, win/loss, conversion rate, etc.).
- Provide deep-dive analysis on pipeline trends and potential revenue risks.
- Collaborate with BI/Analytics teams to automate reports and visualizations. ________________________________________ 4. Governance & Process Excellence
- Enforce CRM hygiene and sales process compliance across the team.
- Standardize opportunity stage definitions, exit criteria, and data requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of pipeline management processes.
- Train sales teams on opportunity management best practices. ________________________________________ 5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Sales Leaders, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure pipeline alignment.
- Act as a trusted business advisor by providing insights that influence strategic decisions.
