Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work as a Senior Individual Contributor focusing on enhancing Sales Reporting, Sales pipeline reporting, and financial reporting for the Sales channel to support Executive Leadership and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Client Partner, and Core Sales team to gather data and deliver data analytics. - Sales ops experience of at least 10+ years. - Experience in managing Sales operations for mid-size/small IT organizations. - Proficiency in establishing Sales processes, performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting. - Exposure to at least one Sales CRM system like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. is essential for streamlining the Sales process. - Ability to work with GTM teams to develop best practices for Sales. - Familiarity with CRM processes including Pipeline management, Sales forecasting, and Sales budgeting. - Strong communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of Sales ops experience. - Previous experience in overseeing Sales operations for mid-size/small IT organizations. - Proven track record in setting up Sales processes, monitoring performance metrics, conducting data analysis, and generating reports. - Hands-on experience with Sales CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. to optimize Sales processes. - Experience collaborating with GTM teams to establish effective Sales strategies. - Knowledge of CRM processes including Pipeline management, Sales forecasting, and Sales budgeting.
