Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager at HavenHub Infra, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales operations to drive growth and maximize conversion rates. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day sales operations by maintaining CRM data quality, lead routing, territory alignment, and pipeline hygiene. This will involve working closely with the sales team to streamline processes and reduce the sales cycle. You will be tasked with building and delivering recurring sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and variance analysis for senior leadership. Your insights and analysis will inform decision-making and target-setting within the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering the CRM platform (Salesforce/Zoho/MS Dynamics), creating reports and dashboards, managing user access, automating workflows, and troubleshooting adoption issues. In this role, you will design and monitor sales KPIs, SLAs, and incentive-support processes, running commission reconciliations and ensuring accurate order-to-cash handoffs with the Finance team. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal departments will be key to streamlining lead-to-close processes, reducing friction, and implementing scalable SOPs and playbooks. Your contribution will extend to driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales operations. This will involve identifying inefficiencies, proposing automation or tooling upgrades, and leading training and onboarding for sales teams. Your ability to lead cross-functional projects to closure, coupled with strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills, will be essential in this role. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement, with a preference for experience in real estate or property sales. Proficiency in CRM administration (Salesforce, Zoho, or MS Dynamics) with a focus on reporting and dashboard skills is a must. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial models, along with basic SQL knowledge, will be beneficial.
