Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager at GM Fabrics, your responsibility will be to oversee the PAN India sales team's client data management and region-wise revenue generation. You will be based in Marol, Andheri (East) and expected to work from Monday to Saturday with Sunday being a fixed off day. Your primary job role will involve developing, maintaining, and delivering comprehensive sales performance dashboards and reports. This includes analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the field sales team and leadership. Monitoring individual and team sales key performance indicators (KPIs) region-wise, recognizing top performers, and determining areas requiring coaching or intervention will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will provide accurate and insightful data, metrics, and reports to sales leadership to inform and support performance reviews of sales team members. Ensuring that the field sales team has access to necessary tools, resources, and content such as product information, pricing details, marketing collateral, and catalogues will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing the onboarding process for new sales hires and closely liaising with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure sales forecasts align with operational capabilities and financial targets will be essential for the smooth functioning of the sales operations. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification will be a plus. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 3 years of direct experience within the textile, apparel, or related manufacturing industry, is highly preferred. A proven track record of enhancing sales efficiency, performance, and contributing to revenue growth will be advantageous.
