G M Fabrics is hiring " Embroidery Puncher " urgently. Job Location : Marol, Andheri(East). Work days : Mon to Sat, General shift, 2 Sat Off's Job Role: Accurately translate design concepts and sketches into digital embroidery files using specialized software (e.g., EPC win). Troubleshoot and resolve digitizing issues, such as jump stitches, undercuts, and poor fill quality. Generate accurate color separations and production documentation. Create and maintain design libraries and archives. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth and timely production of embroidered goods. Qualifications : Proven experience as an Embroidery Punch Designer (minimum 3+ years). Strong proficiency in industry-standard embroidery digitizing software (e.g., EPC win, Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima) is essential. Interested candidates to share their resume at the earliest. G M Fabrics is urgently hiring " HR and Admin Manager " for Tarapur plant. Job Role: 1. Human Resource Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the plant level. Manage recruitment for plant-level roles, including blue-collar and technical staff. Handle onboarding, induction, and training coordination. Monitor attendance, leave, time office, and payroll inputs. Drive employee engagement and retention activities. Maintain compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, etc.). Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and ensure harmonious industrial relations. 2. Administration & Facility Management: Supervise plant security, housekeeping, canteen, and transport arrangements. Ensure upkeep of infrastructure and address safety and hygiene concerns. Manage vendor contracts related to administration. Handle statutory compliance for the plant related to administrative services. 3. Statutory & Legal Compliance: Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESIC, LWF, MLWF, etc.). Prepare for and manage audits/inspections from government bodies. Maintain proper documentation and registers under statutory norms. 4. Safety & Welfare: Support the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team in safety-related initiatives. Drive health checkups, welfare programs, and safety training for workers. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IR, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin roles at a manufacturing plant. In-depth knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with textile or garment manufacturing operations is highly desirable. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP - SAP systems. Interested candidates to share resume at the earliest.
