Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee, lead, and streamline the daily functioning of our sales and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, monitor, and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales and support staff.
• Supervise team performance, ensure adherence to targets, and maintain productivity levels.
• Collect, compile, and analyse sales reports; share insights Management.
• Design and implement effective sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide regular feedback, and performance reviews of sales team to the Management.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and lead tracking.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and assist teams in overcoming sales challenges.
• Maintain discipline & attendance across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering.
• Experience in sales operations or team management.
• Good understanding of Google Sheets, CRM and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary

Salary between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
