Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Esco Lifesciences to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective processes across production, supply chain, logistics, quality, and service support. This role plays a key part in strengthening operational excellence, improving productivity, and supporting business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure production, service, and support activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with

  Esco standards

  , safety regulations, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Monitor operational and commercial KPIs; drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost control, and execution.
• Coordinate with

  Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, Service, Sales, and Product

  teams to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows.
• Lead operational planning,

  resource allocation

  , and manpower scheduling aligned with business and sales demand.
• Own

  CRM systems

  , ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and disciplined usage by sales and service teams.
• Manage

  sales reporting

  , pipeline tracking, forecasting, and management dashboards.
• Enforce

  pricing discipline

  , including price list governance, discount controls, and approval workflows.
• Act as the central coordination point between

  sales, service, and operations

  for pre-sales and post-sales execution.
• Manage and support

  pre-sales and post-sales executives

  , ensuring timely quotations, order processing, and customer handovers.
• Identify operational and commercial gaps and implement process improvements, including

  Lean, Kaizen, and 5S

  initiatives.
• Support

  digitalization and system improvements

  , including CRMERP integration.
• Ensure operational documentation, reports, and records are accurate and up to date.
• Manage facility readiness, equipment maintenance, and operational safety.
• Support new product introductions, projects, and operational expansion activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Provide regular updates to management on operational performance,

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations or manufacturing management.
• Familiar with production processes, quality standards, and operational workflow management.
• Experience in Lean/Kaizen/5S or continuous improvement programs is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational priorities.
