Scientific & Healthcare Job Description • Assist in defining product features, positioning, and model recommendation as per customer URS. Analyze the General arrangement drawings (GAD) and ensure accuracy. • Provide training and technical Support to Sales team and customers, ensuring effective product adoption. • Organize and conduct regular end user seminars and product presentations. • Support new product launches, build and execute pre-planned strategies. This includes organizing exhibitions, webinars, and email blast campaigns. Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotional materials and product positioning strategies. • Update quotation status regularly and do the necessary follow up to close the opportunities. • Prepare and present monthly sales and marketing reports for the management. • Monitor product sales, customer feedback, and market response, recommending improvements where necessary. • Preparation of pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements for tender/project submissions. • Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering preferably Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management. • Proven relationship with the key business customers. • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and target driven. • Excellent verbal and written skills in English language • Good communication skill • Willing to travel across India for client meetings and product promotion. • Work Location: Bengaluru Show more Show less
