Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Operations Intern at Neoir Dream.

The Operations Intern - (Sales) will support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including researching potential clients, maintaining client relationships, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting in sales management.

The Operations Intern - (Sales) will also participate in sales training sessions and gain hands-on experience in sales processes and techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management
• Willingness to participate in Training and development activities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for marketing
• Previous experience or coursework in sales or marketing is a plus

Performance and Evaluation

Your performance will be monitored based on:

• Number of leads handled and follow-ups
• Conversion rate
• Communication skills and professionalism
