Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations professional supporting the sales team with processes, tools, reporting, and overall efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing CRM systems, enabling sales performance, ensuring accurate forecasting, and aligning sales activities with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zendesk or equivalent) to ensure accurate data, reporting, and pipeline visibility. - Support sales leadership with forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales productivity and revenue growth. - Ensure sales processes are followed consistently, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. - Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to streamline lead management, deal processing, and contract approvals. - Manage sales incentive plans, quotas, and performance tracking. - Assist with territory planning, account segmentation, and resource allocation. - Drive adoption of sales tools and provide training to team members. - Work on ad-hoc analysis, automation, and operational efficiency projects to enable business growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Support / Business Operations. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and create actionable insights. - Familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and reporting methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Additional Details: Exposure to sales incentive management and revenue operations, knowledge of BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio, and experience working in the IT/Analytics/Technology services domain would be beneficial.,
