Our client is a Smart Air Quality Monitoring Solutions company offering data-driven environmental solutions for better decision making. Using our sensor-based hardware, we monitor various environmental parameters related to air quality, noise, odour, weather, radiation etc.

Designation: - Sales Operations Executive (Junior Level)

Location: - Ahmedabad

Experience : - 0-2 years

Salary: - INR 20,000 - 25,000

Education: - Bachelor s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, MA or equivalent)

We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support the Operational Lead/Manager in streamlining sales processes, ensuring payment compliance, maintaining Salesforce hygiene, and driving partner engagement. This junior role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to build expertise in sales operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payments & Documentation

Support payment follow-ups and maintain credit payment cycles.

Ensure accurate documentation of payment terms across POs, PIs, and invoices.

Prepare PIs and invoices with zero errors.

2. Knowledge & Documentation Management

Organize and maintain the BD team s Google Drive for easy access and version control.

Keep trackers, agreements, and records structured and up to date.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration

Assist AMs, TMs, PMs, and Finance with operational coordination.

Support preparation of operational reports and dashboards.

4. Salesforce CRM Management

Update and maintain Salesforce records, ensuring accuracy and hygiene.

Generate reports and assist with CRM insights for decision-making.

5. Partner Engagement

Maintain internal sheet for partner milestones.

Support operational tasks for partner communications, training, and events.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, MA or equivalent)

Minimum Experience: 0-2 Years

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of Salesforce or willingness to learn.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
