Job Description

Sr. Order Processing Engineer:

Total Experience: 2 Years to 7 Years

Location: Ahmedabad (1)

Notice Period: Max. 30 Days

Department: Sales & Marketing

Qualification:

Diploma/ B. E./ B.SC in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communications or Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and acknowledge customer Purchase Orders (POs).
Client Coordination whenever required.
Create and manage Sales Orders in SAP with accurate technical and commercial details.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Update Business Partner data (GST, PAN, TDS/TCS, Turnover) and ensure compliance.
Verify material inward & outward and dispatch documents; maintain digital and physical records.
Send Order Confirmations (OC), upload invoices on customer portals (e.g., GEM).
Assist in preparing and managing Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG).
Follow up for payments and pending documents.

Requirements:

Good verbal & written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
