Sales Operations Executive

BlauPlug is a growing engineering service company and alliance partner of National Instruments offering engineering solutions and services to global industry leaders in Automotive, Energy, Aerospace and IOT domain. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and well-experienced individual in Sales Operations to join our growing team.

Job Description

• Overlook administrative tasks, such as overseeing the sales pipeline, coordinating sales reports, and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

• Handle customer complaints and service issues, ensuring that concerns are resolved promptly and satisfactorily, which helps to maintain a positive brand image.

• Co-ordinate, sort and follow up the leads generated through marketing initiatives, participation at expos / exhibitions, LinkedIn, data from alliance partners etc.

• Post – sales customer follow up on service, satisfaction and over all experience

• Suggest improvements on customer interaction to better the overall experience. Set up new process to achieve it.

• Payment follow ups

• Manage and optimize CRM systems to support sales processes.

• Prepare documentation of quotations, Proforma Invoices, other invoices

• Monitoring of processes for shipments of projects

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic information on government rules like TDS, GST, other taxes is added advantage
