Inside Sales Executive

BlauPlug is a growing engineering service company and alliance partner of National Instruments offering engineering solutions and services to global industry leaders in Automotive, Energy, Aerospace and IOT domain. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and well-experienced individual in Sales Operations to join our growing team.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online research.

· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads.

· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate automation solutions and product recommendations.

· Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

· Coordinate with the technical and field sales teams for project discussions, demos, or site visits.

· Maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.

· Follow up on quotes and proposals to convert leads into sales orders.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

· Assist in marketing campaigns, webinars, and product launches as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
