Inside Sales Executive

Job description
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, communicating with potential customers, managing leads, and achieving sales targets through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
• Maintain and update the sales CRM with lead status and interactions.
• Schedule demos/meetings and support the sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations team for smooth sales process.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
• Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools.
