Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, growth-oriented Quotation & Billing Executive to support our sales team. This role is sales-backend focused, working directly with the Sales Head, and plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth coordination with builders, contractors, and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations based on enquiries from builders and contractors
• Share revised quotes, pricing updates, and product options as required by the sales team
• Create invoices, delivery challans, and related documents in Tally
• Maintain customer databases, pricing structures, and project-wise requirements
• Follow up on pending quotations and track conversions
• Assist in setting up and maintaining a CRM for sales monitoring
• Support trading operations, including order booking and coordinating with purchase/dispatch
• Update product lists, specifications, and pricing when required
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all billing and sales activities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a trading or distribution company (preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP
• Prior experience in quotation making and billing
• Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and trading processes
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
• Strong communication, follow-up skills, and coordination ability
• Should already know electrical products
